UC Family Medicine Global and Underserved Health

For more than 30 years, the University of Cincinnati Division of Urban, Underserved and Global Health in the College of Medicine has inspired and trained family physicians to lead and serve in health care for vulnerable populations in Cincinnati and around the world. Global health uses a multidisciplinary approach that takes into account all the determinants of health—social, environmental and physical. The physicians we train care for patients who are economically, politically, culturally, ethnically and geographically marginalized.
