Grammy Award-winning soprano and CCM Voice alumna Tamara Wilson, BM ’04, returns for a special recital benefiting the Barbara Honn Memorial Scholarship for Voice Performance.

An internationally acclaimed interpreter of Verdi, Mozart, Strauss and Wagner, Wilson's distinguished career has taken her to leading opera houses and concert stages around the world, including The Metropolitan Opera, Opéra national de Paris, Teatro alla Scala and The Cleveland Orchestra.

This special performance celebrates Wilson’s remarkable artistry while honoring the legacy of Barbara Honn, who taught at CCM for 25 years and mentored hundreds of voice and opera students. A beloved member of the CCM Opera/Voice faculty from 1986-2010, Honn passed away in 2023.

Proceeds from the recital will support the Barbara Honn Memorial Scholarship, helping future generations of CCM voice students pursue their artistic dreams.
