Complete Care for Complex Conditions

In Horst Steigerwald’s final months prior to his death on May 26, 2022, Horst and his family were deeply grateful for the professional and compassionate care provided by Danielle Nyman, Clinical RN Manager of the UC Health Complete Care for Complex Conditions (C4) Program.
