The Pete Ehrlich Endowed Scholarship Fund
The Pete Ehrlich Endowed Scholarship Fund has been established to support a University of Cincinnati student who embodies the values and strong leadership qualities that Pete Ehrlich taught and exemplified for decades on campus - leaders who represent their community through integrity, respect and hard work.
For 30 years, Pete led the Athletes in Action ministry on the University of Cincinnati campus, where the majority of his time was spent with the football, baseball, track and field, soccer and cheerleading teams.
Pete grew up on a farm in northern Colorado where he later graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in Business Administration. After graduation, Pete traveled to Istanbul, Turkey on a mission trip. This trip led to him joining the campus ministry, Campus Crusade for Christ (CRU) in 1985. Pete's first ministry assignment was on the campus of Idaho State University where he met his wife, Jamie. They have four children, Dillon, Amanda, Vance, and Cade.
