Description: Sunflower Rev It Up for Parkinson’s WALK/RUN/RIDE will take place on Sunday, Sept. 7, 2025. This wonderful community attracts approximately 1,000 attendees, including those who are personally affected by Parkinson’s and those looking to make an impact on Parkinson’s research and education in our region. The WALK/RUN/RIDE event includes a 1K walk, a 5K walk/run and a 60K bike ride through downtown Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.

Walk Ahead for Brain Tumor Discoveries

Description: This year marks the 16th annual Walk Ahead for Brain Tumor Discoveries event, and will take place on Sunday, Oct. 12, 2025. Walk Ahead is a celebration of life where families, friends and UC physicians come together to walk or run as a united front in the battle to discover a breakthrough in brain tumors. Each year, nearly 2,000 individuals participate in Walk Ahead in memory or honor of their loved ones.

To date, almost $2 million has been raised through this exceptional event to build a Brain Tumor Center that offers a strong portfolio of clinical trials and externally funded research, extending and improving the quality of life for patients right here in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky region.
