Participate in UC's Employee Giving Campaigns

Please use the form on this page to set up payroll deductions to the University of Cincinnati employee giving campaigns (UC Foundation, ArtsWave, United Way and Community Shares). Choose the organizations you wish to support and state the amount to give per pay period. Form submissions are received by the UC Foundation and referred to UC Human Resources to be processed.

If you would like to give by credit card, please use the dedicated giving forms for each organization:

• Credit card gift to the University of Cincinnati 
• Credit card gift to ArtsWave (Please enter University of Cincinnati in the Company field)
• Credit card gift to Community Shares
• Credit card gift to United Way (Please enter University of Cincinnati in the Corporate Campaign field)

Please note, only gifts to the University of Cincinnati count towards the UC Faculty and Staff Campaign, which includes gifts to any UC fund given in a fiscal year (July 1 – June 30).
