In collaboration with The University of Cincinnati Center for Integrative Health and Wellness and the UC Gardner Neuroscience Institute, Joe Motz is Gearing up for Good to help improve the health and well-being of people with Parkinson’s and other neurological diseases.
Upon turning 65, Joe is questing to loop the midwestern portion of the U.S. on a hybrid bicycle with a goal of pedaling 6,500 miles in 90 days.
Your generosity and commitment to support this effort will collectively help meet the goal of increased overall health and wellness for those in our community who live with Parkinson’s disease and other neurodegenerative diseases. Your contribution will aid in developing a platform for integrative health programs (e.g., mindfulness and stress reduction, nutrition and pop-up Teaching Kitchens, movement-based therapies, acupuncture and massage therapy, functional and integrative medicine consultations) through specialized wellness programs in selected satellite locations around Cincinnati – ultimately helping those living with this disease to enjoy a more fulfilling, enriched life. By generously supporting this mission, you too will be along for the ride – you too will be Gearing up for Good.
