IDD Education Center Red & Black Blast

The University of Cincinnati’s IDD Education Center (formerly Advancement and Transition Services – ATS) provides programming for teens and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to further their education, independence, and life skills. Program participants in CEES, IMPACT and TAP reach their potential and find their purpose in a community that accepts and supports them to be the best they can be.

The 7th Annual Red & Black Blast will celebrate the IDD Education Center’s life-changing programs along with honorees who have dedicated their lives to improving outcomes for people with disabilities and our community.

The IDD Education Center will honor Roger Grein, founder of Magnified Giving and empowering philanthropist, with the Champion for Inclusion Award.

A group of dedicated University of Cincinnati faculty will also be honored for propelling the IDD Center’s STEM initiatives forward. This STEM Team; UC faculty Christopher Atchison, Aaron Burdette, TJ Murphy and Sheryl Sorby will receive the Chuck Altenau Outstanding Service award for creating innovative opportunities to improve outcomes for people with IDD.

Thank you for partnering with us! All proceeds will benefit the IDD Education Center programs; CEES, IMPACT and TAP, to provide inclusive education, employment and social opportunities.
