Next, Now donors ushered Bearcats into a new era as a Power 4 school with record-breaking support for signature facilities and new student-athlete wellness programs. The Next, Now comprehensive campaign ran from July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2024.

Renovated signature facilities: Donors propelled UC Athletics forward at the start of the campaign by funding renovations at Nippert Stadium and Fifth Third Arena. The upgraded men's and women's basketball team facilities at Fifth Third Arena, including locker room enhancements, were funded entirely by donors.
Day One Ready: This $100 million campaign supported UC's more than 450 student-athletes as part of the university’s move to the Big 12.
Indoor Practice Facility and Performance Center: The largest gift in UC Athletics history drove creation of two state-of-the-art spaces that will feature a 120-yard field, nutrition station, weight room and sports medicine offices, among other amenities.
Health and wellness: The generosity of Bearcat supporters established student-wellness initiatives involving access to mental health services and additional registered dieticians.
Women’s Excellence Fund: Donors to the Women’s Excellence Fund supported female student-athletes by increasing each team’s nutrition budget, recovery tools, special equipment and facilities.
